Glastonbury festival

The main page for the advertising of the festival is very simple. It has a lot of picture as well as a lot of information. The website contains huge amounts of information to do with the festival. It shows prices where you can purchase tickets to get in and to get there. Also there are loads of pictures to show you what the festival is like. This can really draw the audience in and give the real perspective of what the can go and see.

The festival is aimed at all ages. There are all different types of music and activities so it reaches a wide range of audience. This is good because then they will get more people attending the festival.

There is so much information given on the page which includes:

Brit awards

The Brits have a lot of advertising. The singer’s albums and adverts on the TV say what awards they have received at the Brits and what they were nominated for. The website shows the different singers and what awards people won. The website is very well designed it has a lot of picture and not too much design. It really catches the reader’s eye.

The audience aimed at is teenagers and above. The show is shown in the evening because it is live and there is a lot of swearing and bad behaviour. The people who attend the show are usually celebrities and Brit school students. They are a few general members of the public who attend however you cannot purchase tickets. There were a lot of competitions to win tickets and celebrities don’t need tickets to go.

The details are mainly about the winners and awards given out. The website links include:

The event was a day show in February 2008. However the voting was done throughout the year.
